Having in mind the specifics of work in each of the specialist practices, the CAREOLL Practice solution is adapted to each of them. Keeping records of general data of each facility is the initial step and basis for work. The possibility of entering data on locations, teams, devices, and procedures performed in the facility, as well as on employed health workers, was provided.
It is possible to create flexible work schedules that serve as a basis for scheduling patient examinations and procedures. CAREOLL Practice provides the ability to create a patient database and keep records of examinations and/or procedures performed. For each patient, it is possible to get an overview of that patient’s medical records, examination history, findings, and paid bills at any time. In an intuitive and easy way, it is possible to enter and print the findings and opinions of doctors. The data are structured, which enables easier monitoring and reporting by individual elements of the findings.
In addition to basic data related to the first and follow-up examinations of patients, CAREOLL Practice also supports other segments of the facility’s work, such as entering price lists of services and creating invoices (A4 and fiscal). There is a wide range of reports with dynamic parameters that the user of the application can adjust according to their needs.
CAREOLL Practice is created as a multi-user system and provides the possibility to assign special access rights to each user.

As part of the Practice edition, two packages are available to users – Basic and Standard.
BasicA minimum set of functionalities
The basic package is intended for organizations that want to automate operational activities and whose way of functioning requires a minimum set of functionalities.
StandardComplete control over the business
Organizations that want complete control over their business will opt for the recommended Standard package. The standard package enables healthcare workers to provide better health care, and patients receive better treatment, through the transformation of medical processes in healthcare facilities and practices.
ConnectedA support for integration with ISIS
The Connected package is intended for health care institutions that operate with the Health Insurance Fund of RS and offers you a basic set of functionalities from the Standard package, and enables the exchange and retrieval of data between health care institutions and the Integrated Health Information System (ISIS).
Price list of additional services
Standard support as a separate service from 7:00 to 22:00 every day online (phone, TeamViewer, cisco Webex, skype), flat-rate every month. The price includes a maximum of 25 hours of support per month.
ADDITIONAL STORAGE SPACE
Additional storage space 1 GB
Premium support 24/7, flat-rate every month. The price includes a maximum of 40 hours of support per month.
Import of data is not included in the price, the price is defined after the analysis of the submitted data.
